On Saturday, January 31, 2026, the Oklahoma State Committee met in Oklahoma City at Higher Plain Baptist Church, and passed a resolution to oppose SQ 836. This state question, if passed, will bring “open primaries” that would destroy the current primary process in Oklahoma.
